We are a family of three in transition. We spent years being frugal and are now at a crossroad. We'd like to retire from our day jobs in two years or less. Our retirement goals are to provide our daughter with the best education she desires; travel; and find new careers - perhaps part-time that we really enjoy. I hope to post both "frugal" and "personal finance" information. NOTE: I am not a professional on either subject. My posts are purely entertainment :)

2/10 Expressions
Frugal deeds for the day: Don't forget - tomorrow is the last day to enter my giveaway for a coupon for a full-sized bottle of Purex Triple Action Laundry Detergent: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/8JHWJM5 Today, my husband and I ate lunch with the $10 off $15 freebie Restaurant.Com gift certificate. We had leftovers for another meal. When I got home, he presented me with a 1/2 dozen roses for Valentines day - we celebrate early since he will be heading to our foreclosure house in a few days. Yup, they are beautiful and they were $3.99 from Aldi :) Tonight, he is getting a take 'n bake pizza - free cheese pizza and our punch card is full - so, he will get a coupon to get our next pizza free. I got my discounted giftcards. Listed one item on Amazon.Com (they sure take a bunch for commissions, etc :(
