A member posted that there was a deal on a 7 in screen portable DVD player with a free DVD (our choice) and a mail-in rebate of $40. Another member posted a link for a coupon for an additional 15% off and Kohls is running a buy $50, get a $10 GC to use starting Monday the 24th. We had to ask Customer service for the DVD player and were given the rebate form and were told that it came with a free DVD of our choice. We picked up a few other clearanced items (clothing) and headed to the register. The DVD player rang up at $109.XX instead of the reported price of $99.99. The cashier adjusted the price to $99.99 and gave us the DVD for free. The DVD player will be a birthday gift for a family member and I will spend the Kohl's GCs that we earned next week, the $40 rebate will go into savings.
